One of the most memorable dinning experiences I have had in a while. Candidly, the exterior is not very appealing, but once inside you feel the warmth of a family run business. The staff is very mature and extremely attentive. Food prep was excellent, and the depth of menu was extraordinary, especially for a 55 seat business. On all future visits, this will be on top of my list.

8:30 reservation. With many empty tables we were left standing unacknowledged for quite a bit. Then I corralled a server and asked if we'd be seated. He nodded toward another server whose back was toward us and said we had to wait for him. Another 10 minutes passed and violá we were seated. The food was superb. The bar drinks not so much. But our server, sorry not to recall his name, was excellent. The only other glitch was that my partner's dish did not arrive with ours. It was about 8 or so minutes before it was put in front of him, and 100% well worth the wait. Was out of this world. I highly recommend this old time favorite. Not too many restaurants of this caliber left to enjoy.

Suffice to say that I've never had a bad meal here. (OK. I didn't care for the rabbit, but that's just more of an "apparently I don't like rabbit" than a comment on their preparation.) Just about every meal I've had here over the years had been phenomenal. And the staff is awesome. And Bella's ability to rattle off a dozen+ daily specials and answer questions about every single one is nothing short of amazing. If you haven't eaten here yet, you're missing out.
